A really introspective and solitary reality, quite devoid of unnecessary frills and surface, is the Ukrainian-Russian Whatever brand latest proposal. The unconventionality underlined by the brand is expressed by a barren and desolate, very lonely and inhospitable landscape that fills the shots: a land dry and cracked, a cloudless and crystallized sky dominate undisputed, creating a sort of non-setting , nothingness, the lack of a dynamic and creator of life movement, which inevitably leads to a deep reflection and awareness of ourselves, and to a kind of introspection; all things that we hardly get in today, because we are too busy to have a collocation in this cosmic consumerist, very speed, and missing time world. The rolled and tightened drapes and trains makes the female figure like an elegant muse. All the clothing contrast deliberately with the static nature of the site-building, because they float light in the air, in a very simple and rich in detail beauty. Fashion and art, well thought out, can save us.

Una realtà introspettiva e solitaria, decisamente priva di orpelli inutili e superficiali, è la proposta ultima del marchio Ucraino-russo Whatever.  La non-convenzionalità espressa dal brand è sottolineata dall'ambientazione estremamente arida e desolata, solitaria ed inospitale che riempie gli scatti: un terreno secco e crepato, un cielo cristallizzato e privo di nuvole dominano la scena incontrastati, creando una sorta di non-ambientazione, il nulla, la mancanza di un movimento dinamico e creatore di vita, che inevitabilmente portano alla riflessione ed alla presa di coscienza di se stessi, ed all' introspezione, cose che oggi difficilmente riusciamo a raggiungere, perchè troppo impegnati ad avere una collocazione nel mondo del consumismo cosmico, della velocità, e della mancanza di tempo. Drappeggi e strascichi arrotolati e ben avvitati rendono la figura femminile come fosse una musa elegante. Tutti gli abiti contrastano volutamente con la natura statico-immobile del luogo, perchè fluttuano leggeri nell'aere, in una semplice bellezza assolutamente ricca di dettagli.  La moda e l'arte ben pensate, possono salvarci.

Here it is some shots that see portrait as protagonists 9 supermodels of the moment, dressed in the beautiful clothing designed by Rad Hourani for V74. I love the style and the final outcome of his collections, often characterized by minimalism, geometric and architectural lines, well-defined volumes and almost monochromatic, with accents and strong tonal and geometric contrasts, often daring and cutting edge. In this case, black is the one and only color of all the fabrics, but seems not to be repetitive and trivial: in fact, the clothes range from lace, to the fur, through shiny fabrics such as satin, laces, strings, and of course the leather , inevitable in each collection to give a strong and resolute emphasis.

Ecco alcuni scatti che vedono come protagoniste 9 top model del momento, vestite dei meravigliosi abiti disegnati da Rad Hourani per V74. Amo molto lo stile e l’esito finale delle sue collezioni, caratterizzato spesso da minimalismo, linee architettoniche e geometriche, volumi ben definiti e quasi monocromatici, con accenti e forti contrasti tonali, geometrici, e tagli arditi e spesso all’avanguardia. In questo caso il nero è l’unico e solo colore dei tessuti, senza però risultare ripetitivo e banale: infatti gli abiti spaziano dal pizzo, alla pelliccia, passando per tessuti lucenti come il raso; vengono utilizzati lacci, stringhe, e naturalmente la pelle, immancabile in ogni collezione per dare un accento forte e deciso.
